ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper in Jacksonville, FL to maintain residential properties and ensure clean, safe common areas. The role involves building maintenance, debris removal, and unit preparation to market-ready condition.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property monthly and pressure wash as needed.
• Prepare market-ready units and clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Keep the compactor area debris-free and well-maintained.

The Groundskeeper Responsibilities

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly
• Pressure washing the buildings
• Preparing market ready units
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris
