Job summary

ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper in Solon, Ohio to maintain the property and assist in delivering excellent resident and client service. You will perform tasks such as cleaning Breezeways, debris removal, lighting maintenance, and periodic property inspections to ensure market-ready units.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building breezeways free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from the property.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect and maintain grounds.
• Pressure wash the buildings as needed.
• Prepare market‑ready units for showing and occupancy.
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Keep the compactor area free from debris.

Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the building breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly
• Pressure washing the buildings
• Preparing market‑ready units
• Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities
• Maintaining the compactor area free from debris
