Job summary

ZRS Management in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property's buildings and surrounding grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and clients.

You will perform routine tasks such as debris removal, light maintenance in common areas, monthly property walks, and preparing market-ready units while upholding high standards of customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must possess the right attitude and dedication along with strong customer service.
• Detail oriented and organized approach to tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the buildings and breezeways, keeping them free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from property areas.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect and address needs.
• Pressure wash the buildings as needed.
• Prepare market-ready units for occupancy.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free of debris.
