Job summary

Westdale in Houston is seeking a Groundskeeper for its 230-unit luxury apartment community near major highways and the Galleria. The role focuses on grounds and common area upkeep, outdoor work, and attention to detail.

Hourly pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 with monthly renewal bonuses in addition to base pay. Work days are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with possible weekend coverage as needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas.
• Picking up trash and debris.
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies.
