Job summary

Tarantino Properties is seeking Groundskeepers / Porters to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and the overall appearance of our apartment communities in the Houston, Texas area.

Responsibilities include keeping the property clean, picking up trash, cleaning breezeways and shared areas, assisting the maintenance team, and reporting safety concerns. Experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.

Tarantino Properties is currently seeking Groundskeepers / Porters to be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of our apartment communities in the Houston, Texas area.

Essential Functions:

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
