Acento Real Estate Partners, headquartered in the Washington, DC area, is expanding its on-site maintenance team with a Groundskeeper position in Stone Mountain, GA. You will help keep outdoor spaces clean, safe, and welcoming, and enjoy working outside in all weather.

Responsibilities include patrolling the property, collecting litter, assisting with apartment turn, maintaining trash areas, and communicating notices to residents as needed. We offer benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or exterior maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and small power equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependability and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Keep It Clean: Walk the property to pick up litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping common areas neat.
• Apartment Turn Support: Assist make-ready by removing trash and items from vacant units.
• Maintain Trash Areas: Clean and organize trash storage zones and manage containers.
• Resident Communication: Help distribute notices and flyers to residents as needed.
• Team Support: Collaborate with maintenance and management to run the property smoothly.
