Job summary

Live AMC in Las Vegas is currently seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and designated interior areas of the property. Responsibilities include daily upkeep, removing snow, and reporting unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective use of grounds keeping tools, take initiative, and comply with safety policies. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Must maintain daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
• Must report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and company safety policies is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
• Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer to prevent ice buildup.
