Qualifications

• Entry level groundskeeper position at Greystar.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect community spaces and entrances.
• Remove debris and clean outdoor areas.
• Assist the service team with make-ready processes for vacant units.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
