Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to help keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming. You will perform routine tasks, handle make-ready duties for vacant units, and support the service team to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role includes safety training, use of a golf cart on property, and participation in a comprehensive benefits program. Onsite housing discounts are available, with bonus potential based on tenure and performance.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing maintenance work and resident interaction.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Experience supporting maintenance or grounds-keeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep grounds and amenities clean and appealing.
• Remove litter and prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by supervisors.
• Ensure pool area gates and locks operate according to policy and safety codes.
• Communicate notices to residents and report hazards promptly.
• Support the service team with turn/Make-Ready processes.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety requirements.
