Job summary

Greystar in Spokane Valley is seeking an entry level Groundskeeper to maintain the community grounds, amenities and curb appeal. You'll join a team focused on service and quality, supporting the property team to keep spaces clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Ability to work outside in different elements.
• Excellent communication skills: read, write and communicate effectively.
• Knowledgeable in safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as part of the team.
• Maintain and inspect community spaces and entrances.
• Remove debris and clean outdoor areas.
• Assist with making-ready process by removing items from vacant apartments.
• Distribute notices to residents.
• Ensure safety and report hazards.
• Comply with safety policies and attend safety meetings.
