Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring an entry-level Groundskeeper for Avignon Townhomes in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on maintaining grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team. Housing discounts, cell phone allowance, monthly bonuses, and robust benefits are offered.

You will work to keep community spaces clean, assist with turnover of vacant units, and coordinate trash removal. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand and power tools safely.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outside in different elements.
• Excellent communication skills: read, write and communicate effectively.
• Knowledgeable in safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain community spaces and entrances to ensure cleanliness.
• Remove debris from outdoor areas and manage trash from vacant apartments.
• Assist make-ready process and coordinate with service team.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
