Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal and assist with various community maintenance tasks. You will help with trash removal, pool care, and basic repairs in residential communities in New York.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Training will be provided to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience with grounds keeping, landscaping, pool maintenance, or related responsibilities preferred.
• Must complete required training within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to work any shift Sunday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from office areas, common areas, and community perimeter daily.
• Assist with the make ready process by removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Clean and maintain pool daily; monitor and balance pool chemical levels.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, walkways, and community amenities and common areas.
• Replace lightbulbs, repaint, and perform minor repairs.
• May assist in other areas of maintenance as needed.
• Identify safety hazards and report them to the maintenance supervisor.
