Responsibilities include inspections, trash removal, lock/security checks, and timely service requests, with opportunities for growth and robust benefits in a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and cleans storage areas.
• Completes minor service requests as directed by the supervisor and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks as per policy and ensures pool gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or dangerous conditions to supervisors.
• Provides customer service to residents and responds to complaints about maintenance services.
• Attends safety meetings and completes OSHA-related training.
