Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and ensure common areas and amenities are neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before the make-ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by Supervisor/Manager and assist make-ready specialists.
• Change locks per property policy and ensure gates to pool areas operate safely and per codes.
• Communicate notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident questions and complaints regarding maintenance.
