Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a diligent Community Maintenance Technician in Las Vegas to keep grounds, amenities and curb appeal at a high standard while supporting the service team.

Responsibilities include inspecting and cleaning common areas, completing routine service requests, coordinating with the supervisor, changing locks, reporting hazards, and upholding safety policies. Flexible schedule with evening/weekend hours; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and ensure common areas are clean.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in make-ready process.
• Completes minor service requests as directed by Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Distributes notices and communicates with residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and handling complaints.
