Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter at Escena, Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on maintaining grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team.

The position requires outdoor work in all weather, a valid driver’s license for golf carts, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, assisting with make-ready processes, safeguarding property, and delivering strong resident service.

Qualifications

• Cares for grounds and amenity areas with attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings; keeps common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready; transports to dumpster or storage areas; cleans storage areas.
• Fulfills minor service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assists with turn/make-ready process.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool area gates operate safely and comply with codes.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Reports hazardous conditions to supervisors promptly and accurately.
• Demonstrates customer service by treating residents with respect and addressing maintenance questions and concerns.
• Follows safety policies, attends routine safety meetings, and completes required OSHA training.
