Insite Property Solutions is seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Porter for Broadstone Vega in Redmond, WA. The role supports interior and exterior cleaning, landscaping tasks, and resident-focused service in a dynamic apartment community.

Responsibilities include debris removal, pressure washing, inventory, and proper disposal. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adaptability within a 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule, with weekends required.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of tools such as cleaning tools and solutions.
• Prior experience with groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.
• Must be able to work well in a team as well as individually.
• Must be able to follow directions and communicate real-time issues with their assigned buildings.
• Must be able to follow a set schedule and adapt to changes in that schedule.
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be a reliable, organized, motivated, professional.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of interiors of buildings, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, glass doors/windows, and floors.
• Maintaining cleanliness of exterior areas, including sidewalks, walkways, driveways, garages, flower beds, and trash cans.
• Raking leaves and sweeping/blowing walkways free of debris.
• Pressure washing as needed.
• Keeping inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting when supplies need replacement or order.
• Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling.
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Providing friendly, helpful service to residents, guests, and teammates in shared spaces.
• Communicating real-time issues and supply needs to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Following safety procedures and PPE usage.
