Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. You will maintain grounds, common areas, and assist the maintenance team to keep buildings inviting and well-kept for current and prospective residents.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with weekend availability as needed. On-site location supports a hands-on, resident-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Ability to complete physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & common area maintenance: walk property daily, keep areas clean, use tools to clean sidewalks, perform trash-out duties, ensure dumpsters are tidy, detail grounds regularly.
• Maintenance assistance: support make-ready tasks, perform minor repairs, interior and exterior painting, change locks and distribute communications.
• Safety & preventive maintenance: monitor lighting, report hazards, keep storage areas secure, follow OSHA/ADA/Fair Housing guidelines, complete Grace Hill training on schedule.
