Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper for the Story Riverside community in Atlanta, GA. The role supports exterior maintenance, curb appeal and overall grounds upkeep to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

Typical schedule is 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including litter removal, dumpster area maintenance, and basic repairs as directed by the Service Manager. Must be able to work outdoors in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience preferred: Property management and customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community and maintains grounds, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Performs minor repairs as directed by Service Manager.
• Keeps common areas clean and reports hazards.
• Assists with make-ready process in vacant apartments.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in safety meetings.
