Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties in Austin, TX. The role covers building upkeep, outdoor cleaning, and preparing units for market with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep or blow debris and replace light bulbs in common areas.
• Walk the property monthly and pressure wash buildings.
• Prepare market-ready units and clean all common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
