ZRS Management, LLC in Prosper, Texas is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property and prepare market-ready units. You will perform building upkeep, breezeways cleaning, debris removal, light bulb replacement, and operate cleaning equipment on-site.

• Maintaining the buildings and breezeways; remove trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from property.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly.
• Pressure wash the buildings.
• Prepare market ready units.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area to be free from debris.

Job Description:

ZRS is a leading residential property management company who is able to offer consistent service to both our residents and our clients as a result of our ability to recruit, hire and retain the apartment industry’s most talented people.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
