ZRS Management, LLC in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the property, keep common areas clean, and prepare units for market readiness. You will perform exterior maintenance, lighting replacements, and periodic property walks to ensure a safe, attractive environment for residents and clients.

• Maintaining the buildings and breezeways free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris from walks and common areas.
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walking the property monthly to assess upkeep.
• Pressure washing the buildings as needed.
• Preparing market-ready units for turnover.
• Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Maintaining the compactor area free from debris.

Job Description:

ZRS is a leading residential property management company who is able to offer consistent service to both our residents and our clients as a result of our ability to recruit, hire and retain the apartment industry’s most talented people.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
