Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties in the Fort Lauderdale area. The role covers building upkeep, cleaning common areas, and preparing market-ready units to ensure residents and clients receive consistent service.

The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, light bulb replacements, monthly property walks, and debris removal, while upholding health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, housing discounts, vacation, paid holidays,
