Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our properties in Boynton Beach, FL. You will keep buildings and breezeways clean, sweep or blow debris, replace lighting, and perform monthly property walks to identify maintenance needs.

Responsibilities include pressure washing buildings, preparing market-ready units, cleaning all common areas and amenities, and keeping the compactor area debris-free. We offer full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented role requiring attentiveness to detail.
• Ability to stay organized in a hands-on maintenance role.
• Attention to detail in upkeep of common areas and units.

• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to assess maintenance needs.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
