Job summary

Tyson Foods in Broken Bow, OK is seeking a Groundskeeper Labor for 1st shift to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility grounds and surrounding property.

You will mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaping, remove debris, and assist with planting and care. You will operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles, and perform light outdoor maintenance including fence repairs and walkways upkeep. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work and physical labor in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with lawn maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facility grounds.
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscapes.
• Remove trash, debris, weeds, leaves from grounds and parking areas.
• Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and maintenance of trees/shrubs/flowers.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles.
• Perform outdoor maintenance such as fence repairs and walkway upkeep.
• Assist with snow/ice/storm cleanup as needed.
• Report safety concerns to supervisors and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
