Tyson Foods, Inc. in Sanford, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to support the plant's grounds, buildings, and equipment. Training includes Lockout/Tagout before hands-on work and strict safety protocols.
You will perform lubrication and PM tasks on doors and gates, inspect restrooms, lighting, and painting, and coordinate with contractors. Must lift 50 lbs and work with minimal supervision in a manufacturing setting.
Position Summary: Provides service to the plant facility related to the general upkeep of grounds and buildings. ATTN Prior Tyson Workers: Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
Requirements: 3 years of Maintenance experience; Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
