Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and occasionally more.
• Familiarity with maintaining exterior property appeal is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility repairs for common areas.
• Maintain property safety and inspections.
• Maintain exterior property appeal.
• Assist with resident communication for customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain Facility Repairs for common areas
• Maintain property safety and Inspections
• Maintain exterior property appeal
• Assist with resident communication for customer experience
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Functions

• Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
