The Lawson Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time groundskeeper to supplement contracted groundskeeping by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times.

As part of Lawson, you’ll contribute to a team with over fifty years of experience in developing, building, and managing multifamily housing in Virginia, working in a collaborative environment that values your contributions. The role emphasizes safety, exterior upkeep, and customer experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain Facility Repairs for common areas
• Maintain property safety and Inspections
• Maintain exterior property appeal
• Assist with resident communication for customer experience

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Functions

• Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
