Job summary

AKAM is seeking a Full Time Groundskeeper in North Palm Beach, FL. You will perform general grounds maintenance including yard waste cleanup, blowing of pathways, and minor repairs, while ensuring the property and pool areas are well-kept.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, debris removal, and coordinating with the on-site team. Benefits include healthcare, dental/vision, 401K matching, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; strong work ethic and reliability.
• Groundskeeping experience in condo/HOA/residential settings preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep of all common property and facilities, including pool area.
• Pick up debris around the property and remove trash.
• Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting daily.
• Perform preventative tasks as necessary.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas.
• Perform light painting duties as necessary.
• Provide progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team.
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $20.00 Hourly
