Job summary

AKAM is seeking a Groundskeeper in North Palm Beach, FL to perform general grounds maintenance for condo/HOA properties. You will handle yard waste cleanup, debris removal, light repairs, and routine plant care to keep common areas pristine.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Prior groundskeeping experience in residential settings is preferred; opportunities exist for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma is required.
• Highly reliable and punctual.

• Groundskeeping experience (condo/HOA/residential) preferred.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep of all common property and facilities, including pool area.
• Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash.
• Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily.
• Perform preventative tasks as necessary.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas.
• Perform light painting duties as necessary.
• Provide progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team.
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

Position Overview:

The Groundskeeper will perform general grounds maintenance duties, including yard waste cleanup and removal, blowing of pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, pool area, routine plant maintenance, minor property repairs, and inspecting the property.
