AKAM Living Services, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper in North Palm Beach, FL to perform general grounds maintenance around the property, pool area, and common areas. The role includes debris removal, routine inspections, light maintenance, and coordination with the on-site team.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep of all common property and facilities, including pool area.
• Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash.
• Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily.
• Perform preventative tasks as necessary.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas.
• Perform light painting duties as necessary.
• Provide progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team.
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.
