Job summary

Weinstein Properties in North Austin, TX is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain our apartment communities. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with competitive hourly pay and quarterly bonuses. You’ll help keep grounds clean, assist maintenance, and contribute to a welcoming environment for residents.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors in varying weather. We offer benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and beautify apartment communities and common areas.
• Pick up litter, clean pet stations, and assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to keep properties welcoming.
• Follow safety guidelines and document maintenance needs.
