We look for energetic individuals with a positive attitude who can lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in all weather, and deliver excellent service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or porter work is a plus but not required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of apartment community grounds within set time frames.
• Perform routine tasks such as pressure washing and general upkeep.
• Deliver outstanding resident and staff service.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report issues promptly.
