Fortis Property Management in The Parker Leland is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the apartment community's curb appeal by keeping all outdoor spaces and amenity areas clean, welcoming, and visually appealing for residents and visitors.

You will perform assigned grounds tasks, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and help develop ongoing property maintenance plans while delivering superior customer service and a professional image.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Some previous grounds experience.
• CPO license would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to the Maintenance Supervisor regarding purchasing of supplies and equipment.
• Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner.
• Police the grounds daily, cleaning and maintaining common areas.
• Assigned landscaping duties.
• Advise the Maintenance Supervisor of maintenance problems and solutions.
