Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the community’s appearance and curb appeal, including grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and common areas. You will prepare vacants for move-in and support resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Ideal candidates will contribute to a safe, neat, and welcoming environment; participate in rotating on-call shifts, and have an opportunity to grow into a Maintenance Technician role within

Responsibilities

• Work with Maintenance Supervisor to meet appearance and operational standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of community, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and common areas.
• Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies during rotating after-hours schedule.
• Learn and assist with basic maintenance to advance into Maintenance Technician role.

Job Requirements

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and in completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.
• Be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance into a Maintenance Technician role.
