Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and appearance standards across the community in Moseley, VA. You will work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas meet high standards and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting with vacant apartments, handling service requests, and rotating on-call duties.

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and in completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.
• Be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and advance into a Maintenance Technician role.

Job Requirements

Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
