Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician focused on upkeeping community appearance and operations. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks, maintain grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking, and other common areas.

You will assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and handle resident service requests as directed. You will participate in rotating on-call and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and complete resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.
• Be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities and advance into a Maintenance Technician role.

Responsibilities
