Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Savannah, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations within our community. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure appearance and operational standards are met across grounds, buildings, and shared spaces.

You will assist in prepping vacant apartments for move-in and handle resident service requests. Participate in rotating on-call shifts and learn hands-on maintenance with growth toward a Technician role.

Job Requirements

Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.

Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.

Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and in completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.

Be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance into a Maintenance Technician role.
