Groundskeeper - Full Time and Seasonal (Maintenance)
Situated in and among 19+ acres of extensive landscaping, ClarkLindsey Village features a variety of trees, shrubs, and gardens. Join the CLV team responsible for designing and maintaining these pristine grounds.
The Groundskeeper will perform activities including landscape construction and maintenance, operation of heavy equipment, and caring for trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials, turf, and hard surfaces, especially during winter. Candidates should have a genuine interest in creating beautiful outdoor environments for our residents. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with repetitive tasks like mowing and weeding, maintaining a consistent quality of work, and working efficiently.
The typical workweek is 40 hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with hours subject to change due to weather conditions.
The hourly pay range is $16.05 - $18.05, based on experience. Performance bonuses up to 2% are available, typically in spring and fall.
