Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper in Charlotte to maintain community grounds and common areas, ensuring high curb appeal and clean, well-kept exteriors. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that support both appearance and operations.

The role includes keeping outdoor spaces pristine, assisting with vacant apartment preparations, and handling resident service requests as directed, contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented property environment.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping and property maintenance knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work with Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks.
• Experience in maintaining curb appeal and common areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and in completing resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
