LyvWell Apartments LLC is hiring for a multi‑site maintenance/grounds position in Florida. The role focuses on grounds upkeep, curb appeal, and common area cleaning, with additional duties in make‑ready and resident service.

A valid driver’s license is preferred, and the team emphasizes safety and reliability. Compensation is hourly, with responsibilities spanning exterior maintenance, trash removal, and building upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in custodial, groundskeeping, or maintenance on multi-unit property.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Dependable and punctual; follows safety procedures and management direction.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & curb-appeal tasks including litter patrol, trash areas, pet waste stations, graffiti removal, and seasonal landscaping.
• Common area and amenity cleaning of leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, and pools.
• General cleaning: floors, restrooms, windows, and surfaces in common spaces.
• Maintenance support: light bulb replacement, make‑ready/unit turns, and hauling debris.
• Resident service: distribute notices and provide courteous service to residents and vendors.
• Safety reporting: inspect for hazards and report issues to supervisor.
