Job summary

Affinity Management Services is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and common areas of our communities in Florida. The role includes routine cleanup, handyman tasks, and assisting with special projects as needed, with a focus on safety and reliability.

The right candidate may drive a golf cart, operate cleaning equipment, and participate in hurricane/tropical storm preparation. A high school diploma is preferred, with 1–3 years of experience and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Be reliable with transportation; flexible schedule; bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean exterior and common areas and perform handyman tasks.
• Drive a golf cart and operate equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Assist with hurricane/tropical storm preparation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report issues to supervisor and follow safety protocols.
