Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and interior areas of our properties. The role emphasizes daily upkeep, safety, and professional presentation within a supportive team environment.

The position includes responsibilities such as tool and supply management, snow/de-icing duties, adherence to OSHA and company policies, and proactive reporting of property conditions. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions.
• Ability to handle problems with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to take initiative to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and removal of trash.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for the property and management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on walkways to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional uniform and appearance at all times.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to inquiries and incidents.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
