Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain community grounds and common areas in College Station, TX. This onsite role focuses on delivering excellent curb appeal and a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

You’ll work with the maintenance team to inspect exterior spaces, manage trash and pool upkeep, and ensure lighting, painting and general cleanliness meet Peak’s standards. A high school diploma and prior maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous grounds, janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Position requires the ability to use general cleaning equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and common areas to maximize curb appeal.
• Inspect exterior grounds and buildings on a daily basis.
• Manage trash on grounds and operate trash compactor as scheduled.
• Clean mailbox area daily and maintain pool area and chemical records according to regulations.
• Assist in upkeep of office, clubhouse and amenity spaces and ensure lighting and painting meet standards.
