StoneRiver Property Management, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas while assisting maintenance technicians. You’ll help prepare market-ready units and support cleaning of apartments and models.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift weights over 50 lbs. Residence within 30 miles of the property is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance of household items.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously maintain curb appeal and property grounds.
• Remove trash from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and clean vacant apartments.
• Help maintenance team with assigned tasks and repairs.
• Assist in cleaning available apartments and models.
• Support snow/ice removal and post-storm cleanup.
• Report maintenance concerns to Supervisor promptly.
• Represent the community professionally to residents.
