Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a 128-unit residential property located in Louisville, KY. The role supports daily interior and exterior upkeep to maintain curb appeal and cleanliness across common areas.

Candidates should have experience in janitorial, landscaping, or general labor and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and groundskeeping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage
• Reporting: Report notable concerns to Maintenance Supervisor
• Trash removal: Daily removal of litter and debris from interior common areas and assist with exterior grounds maintenance
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
