Job summary

MMS Group is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to maintain a 78-unit residential property in Cincinnati, OH. You will help keep interior and exterior areas clean and presentable, contributing to curb appeal and overall property care.

The role requires independence, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while prioritizing safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and groundskeeping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of all common areas (dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, trash).
• Report notable concerns to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Daily trash removal and assistance with exterior grounds maintenance.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
