Eagle Senior Living is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper / Driver to maintain outdoor and common areas and provide resident transportation as needed. The role reports to the Director of Maintenance and operates independently with good judgment.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, trash removal, and assisting with projects, while ensuring safety and quality of service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of related work experience is required.
• Valid state driver's license with a safe driving record is required.
• Ability to safely operate facility tools and vehicles per policies and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain grounds and outdoor areas including trimming, weeding, and cleaning.
• Transport residents safely and in a timely manner as needed.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean, fueled, and in good working order.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments as needed.
• Adapt to flexible hours and potential additional duties.
• Follow safety policies and emergency procedures.
