Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to support community upkeep, safety, and curb appeal. You will inspect grounds, assist service teams, and complete routine requests to keep the property inviting and functional.

You must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on site, be able to work outdoors in all weather, and be flexible to evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and maintain neat common areas.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and support the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate with management.
• Report hazards and maintain safety practices per OSHA guidelines.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance inquiries.
