Job summary

Greystar in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical grounds and interior spaces meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal. You will support the service team and help prepare units for the next resident.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to bend, stoop, climb ladders.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter and maintain common areas.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist the make-ready process.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned by the supervisor.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates are functional and safe.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident questions and concerns.
